In June 2007 her computer goes belly up and is thenceforth only useful as a door stop. 1. Will she be able to reinstall everything from her Windows XP backup, including the OS, to a new computer in July 2007? 2. Will she be able to buy a COMMERCIAL upgrade version of Vista and install it on said new computer?
